How do I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. Please contact us first, explaining in detail what the issue is with your product. We offer an exchange policy on machinery. We do not accept returns on consumables
Do you offer refunds?
We do not usually offer refunds, no. In rare cases where we are unable to supply you with the exact product originally ordered, we will refund your purchase. No deposits for any machinery ordered will be refunded.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to make a return. We reserve the right to refuse a return if an item is not returned in its original condition, including all packaging and tags, but we understand that things happen. Certain items are non-returnable.
